Bayang Indonesian Cuisine

Hi there everyone! This was taken last 11 of September, 2015. It was GE "General Elections" in Singapore and public holiday. After enjoying the full day activity in Adventure Cove, we headed to Clarke Quay for some awesome Indonesian food at Bayang Indonesian Cuisine.

We were honestly kind of sleepy and tired due to the fun activity we just had. The energy making us to drop by in Clarke Quay was just so strong because of Bayang authentic Indonesian menu! This was our second time eating here. The first one was just last month with my sister and friends, Dhy, Jack and Mund.

They have a promotion running which I think, an awesome deal ~ the Ikan Penyet and Ayam Penyet. I tried the Ayam Penyet before and tried it again for the second time. Ayam means chicken. The food was just sooooo delicious! The rice was served in a very unique way. I find it funny because of the color and its cone shape. It looks like a volcano on my plate, ready to erupt at any moment soon. LOL! It was served with tofu, some vegetables and hot chilli Indonesian sauce. The chilli was very good to mix with the chicken and rice. Prepare yourself for a good drink though. :)

On the other hand, my fiance  ordered the Ikan Penyet. Ikan means fish. The fish was amazing! I simply loved the way how they fried it. It was served with same stuffs in Ayam Penyet ~ the tofu, some vegetables and hot chilli Indonesian sauce.

We also ordered the Fresh Lime Juice and Shirley Temple. All in all the experience was great! Food was amazingly delicious, price is affordable and staffs were friendly and very helpful. We will definitely be back and try other menu soon!

Moreover, here's a photo of their current promotion! Looks so yummmy, right?! Try it for yourself. Enjoy the food and Clarke Quay crowd. Bon Appetit! :) Address: 3A River Valley Road, #01-05
