Peach Graham Refrigerated Cake



Yey! Yesterday, I made a Peach Graham Refrigerated Cake for the first time! It's awesome and my BF likes it! I'm so happy!

Anyway, let me share the ingredients I used and how I did it! It's very simple and easy to do. Everything can be found in FairPrice. I used Digestive biscuits in replacement of graham cookies, since we cannot find one last night in NTUC. Digestive biscuits is actually good for making refrigerated cakes, like cheese cake. I learned it from my colleague, Queen of Cheese Cake, Miss Cindy. I terribly miss her strawberry cheese jelly cake, that's why I also tried this simple peach graham cake. In addition, I absolutely want to learn this simple dessert and let my king try my cool and healthy cake. Lol! I'm really happy, I made it and he likes it! Next time, when I have the tray good for cheese cake, I will definitely try it too!

Ingredients:

170 grams all purpose cream
392 grams condensed milk
825 grams peach halves
Digestive biscuits

Procedure:

1. Pour all purpose cream and condensed milk in a container. Mix it well and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
2. Fill separate container with the cookies, as the first layer. Make sure that no spaces is without cookies. You may crack the biscuits or cut into two to fill the open spaces.
3. Pour half of the mixture from number 1 to the arrange graham/digestive cookies. Spread until the cookies are well covered.
4. Arrange the peaches on top of the mixture. You may cut the peaches to make it thinner.
5. Place another layer of graham cookies on top of the peaches.
6. Pour evenly the remaining mixture on top of the second layer of graham/digestive cookies.
7. Top the mixture with the remaining sliced peaches.
8. Refrigerate overnight.
9. Share and enjoy!

Anyone can do this very simple and yummy delicious dessert. Try it for fun! You will surely like it and whomever you share with.
